Return Information

At Berserker Gym, every product is made to order through our Print-on-Demand partner. That means we don’t keep stock, and each item is created just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or there’s a production error.

What qualifies for a return or refund?

• Items that are misprinted
• Items that are damaged in transit
• Products with manufacturing defects

If this happens, email us at berserker.gym1@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Make sure to include:

• Your order number
• A CLEAR photo of the issue
• A short description of the problem

Once we verify the issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

 

What doesn’t qualify?

• Wrong size ordered
• Buyer's remorse
• Slight color differences due to screen variations
• Delays caused by shipping carries
